Kayla Williams
General Manager
With over seven years of experience at Fox Valley Country Club, Kayla began her journey with us in the banquets department and has steadily advanced her career through several promotions. Now serving as General Manager, she has played a key role in enhancing operations. Before stepping into this role, Kayla successfully owned and operated her own company for several years, gaining hands-on experience in business development. Kayla is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College. With a strong background in sales and marketing, she excels at developing strategies that drive growth and success. Kayla is committed to fostering a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Adam Kroll, PGA
Head Golf Professional
Class A PGA Member Adam joins the Fox Valley Country Club team after an impressive seven seasons at Transit Valley Country Club, where he most recently served as the Senior Assistant Golf Professional. Adam graduated from Medaille College, where he was a member of their collegiate golf team. His passion for the game was ignited during his eight years at The Country Club of Buffalo, where he began his career as a caddie and outside operations team member. Adam spent several winter seasons honing in his skills at both The Loxahatchee Club and The Wanderers Club in Florida while maintaining strong ties in Buffalo. Adam's extensive experience and dedication to the game make him a fantastic addition to our team, and we look forward to the impact he will have at Fox Valley Country Club.

Robert Peterson
Golf Course Superintendent
Robert began his tenure as the Superintendent at Fox Valley Country Club in 2021, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the turfgrass industry. Prior to joining our club, he spent six years as the Assistant Superintendent at Transit Valley. Robert graduated from SUNY Delhi with a degree in Turfgrass Management. Starting his career at 16, Robert has gained invaluable experience working at several country clubs in various roles within the golf/turf industry. His extensive background, combined with his leadership roles, has equipped him with a deep understanding of grounds management and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

John Kellner
Executive Chef
Chef John Kellner brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to our team. His journey began at Fox Valley Country Club in 1994, where he laid the foundation for a distinguished career in high-quality dining. Chef Kellner later honed his skills during several successful years as the Executive Chef at Lancaster Country Club, followed by a leadership role at Byrncliff Golf Resort. Today, he continues to elevate our dining experience with a passion for quality, creativity and a commitment to excellence. Chef Kellner strives to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Johnny Schmeh
Facilities Manager
With over 33 years of dedicated service, Johnny is a cornerstone of our organization. As Facilities Manager, he ensures that our workplaces run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Johnny has completed the Titleist Golf Ball Ambassador Program, gaining valuable knowledge about golf balls and is now an ambassador for one of the most respected brands in golf. We are grateful for Johnny’s decades of service and leadership in keeping our facilities running at their best.

Mike Flatley
Food & Beverage Manager
With a proven background in the hospitality industry, Mike brings over 15 years of experience in food and beverage management. Prior to joining our team, Mike served as the Food and Beverage Manager at Byrncliff Golf Resort. Before that, he held the position of Restaurant Manager at Tan Tara Golf Club. In his current role, Mike is responsible for overseeing all facets of food and beverage operations, including staff management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, overseeing events, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
